Services Provided
Stacks Designs provides custom graphic design services tailored to our clients' needs, including but not limited to poster designs, social media graphics, and promotional materials for shows and events.
Ownership and Rights of Use
Upon completion of the design and full payment, the client is granted ownership of the final designs for the purpose of marketing their show. Stacks Designs retains the right to use completed designs for our own marketing and promotional purposes, including portfolio display, social media, and other channels to showcase our work.

Client Responsibilities
By engaging Stacks Designs for design services, you affirm that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content, including show details, logos, and other materials provided to us for inclusion in your designs. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stacks Designs against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from any breach of these representations and warranties.

Stacks Designs is committed to delivering high-quality designs that meet your needs. We stand behind our work and offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

If you are not satisfied with the initial design draft, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the date of the initial design delivery.

This guarantee applies only to the initial design draft. Once you approve the initial design or request revisions, the guarantee no longer applies, and our standard no refund policy for commenced projects takes effect.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide specific feedback on why the design did not meet your expectations.

Revisions
Stacks Designs aims to ensure your satisfaction with the final design. We include one round of revisions free of charge to address any concerns or adjustments you may have. Additional revisions beyond the first free round are subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of the additional work. These fees must be agreed upon by both parties before proceeding with further revisions.
Limitation of Liability
Stacks Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the services.

Changes to Terms of Service
Stacks Designs reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
